  • 48 hours for most items, however, some specialty decorated items require 1-2 weeks.

  • We do not offer delivery.

  • We ask that orders are paid for at the time they are placed, resulting in a more efficient pick-up process. Large orders require a 50% down payment upon placement and a final payment 2 weeks before the event.

  • Although we ask for payment when placing an order, we will honor a refund for a cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  • We are dedicated to maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment when it comes to common allergens. We do not have a separate work environment to ensure cross contamination. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee providing an allergy-free product for those severe allergies.

  • We are not able to put Licensed characters on a cake. We can create a cake that has colors to match the theme of the character if you wish to add figurines or other decorations after pick-up.

  • We are happy to use your pictures as inspiration, however we do not create exact replicas of other’s work. The best possible product we can create with our decorating style and techniques will ensure your cake will be uniquely yours.
